LoadReq

public LoadReq()
The constructor for this LoadReq file.

Given a URL corresponding to the xml file, it parses the xml file and generates a product requirements list. This can be returned in the form of a Vector of ISeriesProductVerify objects with the getProductRequirements method in this class.
