public class FileTableSlider

For the Data Table View, a vertical scroll bar (or slider) shown for the table object. The table object has a built-in vertical scroll bar, which functions according to the number of table items. For our purposes, we want a separately managed scroll bar which is independent of the size of the table contents, but which we can tie into it's scrolling management.
