A convenience method that obtains the current selection and updates the listbox while keeping the selection the same if the item still exists.


update

public static void update(List listbox,
                          String[] straItems,
                          String strSelected)
An intelligent listbox that only performs modification to the listbox as necessary. The listbox is updated without it blinking. The listbox is updated with the given list of items only if the list of items is different than the current listbox content. The selection is set to the selection string.
