This class is simply a factory for creating new instances of
ISeriesHostObjectBrief class. Should somebody wish to use
their own object instead they would:
create their own class that that implements IISeriesHostObjectBrief
create their own factory class like this implements
IISeriesHostObjectFactory with the one (@link #createObject()} method that
returns an instance of their own class.
when using comm layer code like
ISeriesCheckObject, you pass
in your factory instance which is what is used to create
the returned object.
